Krissy Martinez is the CEO and Founder of PAX Therapy and Family Services, Inc., a multi-million-dollar mental health corporation redefining how businesses engage with leadership, culture, and employee well-being. Starting her career as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in systems and existential theories, Krissy has helped hundreds of clients and organizations navigate the complexities of human behavior and leadership dynamics.
Before launching PAX, Krissy worked in non-profits, government agencies, and even served as a director in a distribution company. Yet, time and time again, she found herself unseen, unheard, and undervalued in traditional leadership structures. As a mother, she knew there had to be a better way—a way that honored individuality, fostered genuine connection, and built sustainable success without the burnout and toxicity.
In 2017, with two young children in tow, Krissy set out to do business differently.
