Meet Krissy Martinez: Transformative Leader, Engaging Speaker, and Your Partner in Growth

It all started outside, watching two Roberts debate the solution to the world’s problems. My dad and Bob would sit outside the church in the freezing cold, selling gift cards to support the poor while they spent hours discussing the solution to homelessness.

What I learned from those early years, watching my parents put action behind their words, was simple: YOU are the solution. I am the solution. We are the solution.

This belief in the power of individual action and collective impact became the foundation of everything I do—from my youth, to my values, to how I built my business.

I could tell you about the theory behind what we’re doing to change mental health businesses or how economic distributism can transform teams. But the truth is, what really matters is who you are and why you do it.

That’s why my journey started in therapy. I knew the concepts I was learning had the power to change lives. But I didn’t stop there. I grew my business from one person to a team of 20. And while that was rewarding, I always felt there was more I could do.
